This is a well-developed property located between Wilhelmstal and Omaruru, bordering Erindi Private Game Reserve to the south. The property covers 9 158 ha. The undulating landscape with ephemeral rivers, rivulets, small mountains and grass plains is attractive and interesting and provides for different veld types. This is primarily a cattle farm and is subdivided into more than 100 internal camps or paddocks to allow good veld and livestock management. The northern border with Erindi is game fenced while the rest of the borders are normal stockproof fenced. Water is supplied by 5 boreholes and is strong and of high quality. Electricity is provided by a solar system, but the power lines of the national grid (Nam Power) are about 800 meters from the house and can be connected if required. The main farmstead comprises a double storey 9-bedroom house that can also serve as a lodge, a 3-bedroom house, storerooms, and labour houses. The vegetation can be described as bushveld savanna. Bush encroachment with black thorn bush can be problematic in some areas and should be managed. However large areas have been cleared of bush. Although this is primarily a cattle farm, unknown numbers of eland, kudu, oryx, impala and springbuck are roaming freely on the farm.
