• An entrance corridor leading to the open-plan lounge and dining room. Here, you also have a sliding door that leads to the backyard patio with a BBQ.
• Moving past the dining room, you will find the semi-open-plan kitchen with built-in cupboards and a built-in oven.
• Right next to the kitchen is a glass door leading to an outdoor sink and shower. There, you will find another door connecting to the double garage.

First Floor:

• Ascending the staircase, you enter the second lounge/entertainment room with a kitchenette.
• All four bedrooms are situated on this floor.
• All four bedrooms are en-suite; however, two are fully equipped with a shower and bathtub. All rooms come with built-in cupboards as well. Two of the rooms have small balconies.
